Refund Policy – Strides & Suits

Return Policy
At Strides & Suits, we offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at stridesandsuits@gmail.com
within the 2-day period. Returns will only be accepted after approval, and items sent without prior request will not be processed.
Damages and Issues
Customers are required to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.
Please note that for damage-related claims to be accepted, the item must not be worn, used, or have its tags removed. Any claims reported after 3 days or involving used/tampered items will not be eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include custom-made or personalized products and personal care goods. In addition, sale items and gift cards are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before making a request.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. However, the item must still be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at stridesandsuits@gmail.com.
